Old Beautiful Property it from the 1890’s.
Project was over 3 floors with 2 corridors in total.

Another example of a ‘’I know a cheaper guy’’ we experienced way too many of these! Please people.
Prepped all the walls and ceilings, all wood work was sanded and filled with Ronseal 2 part wood filler.
We removed 2 layers of old wallpaper after a previous “decorator” had been in a made a complete mess of things, which made the whole project more complicated and time consuming.
We only painted the bottom half as the customer wanted to keep the original “lincrusta” Design.
We also stripped all the ceilings, to then cover it in a fresh layer of white Leyland paint.

PS. We did not do any work to the floors.
