Any additional services or upgrades will be clearly discussed and approved before work begins.

Materials & Supplies
- Materials may be included in the quoted price or listed separately, depending on the project.
- We use reliable, industry-standard materials to ensure quality and durability.
- If premium or custom materials are requested, pricing will be adjusted accordingly and communicated in advance.
- Any material substitutions will only be made with customer approval.

Custom Quotes & Pricing Adjustments
Because every project is unique:
- Final pricing may vary based on size, complexity, timeline, or special requests.
- Custom quotes are provided after reviewing project details.
- Any changes requested after work begins may affect the final price and will be discussed before proceeding.

Invoicing & Payment Terms
- Invoices can be issued [ before / during / after] project completion ( or as agreed ).
- Each invoice includes a detailed breakdown of services and materials.
- Accepted payment methods include [ cash, bank transfer, credit card, online payment, etc.]

Deposits
- A deposit may be required to secure scheduling and materials. 
- For residential projects it's usually 10% and for commercial projects it's 20% ( or as agreed ) 
- All payment schedules are clearly outlined before work begins.

Additional Costs & Fees
Additional charges may apply for:
- Rush or expedited services
- Changes outside the original scope
- Specialized materials or equipment
